AICN reports that the death of The Fountain MIGHT mean that Darren will make his Bat-film soon, as opposed to after The Fountain, as was previously thought.

A reader of Dark Horizons sent the website a story that Darren Aronofsky may be interested in filming an adaption of Fight Club author Chuck Palahniuk's novel Choke. This story cannot be confirmed at this time, and the last sentence of the article even says, "sounds
good, but don't hold your breath just yet".
As we anticipate what Darren's next directorial project will be, we can atleast enjoy...
You may be suprised at the lack of advertising for the film Below, co-written and executive produced by Aronofsky, and directed by Pitch Black helmer David Twohy, but it actually is coming out October 11. (Yes--this October 11) The website for the film is now up at BelowTheMovie.Com, and contains an awesome trailer that everyone needs to check out!
