This all sounds good, although several items sound false including the fact that Darren has stated that he will film his scifi film Last Man before he helms Batman, and comic book readers know that The Joker did not appear in the Year One comic. (Making it likely that this is only pure fanboy fantasy.)
Even so, some design sketches of the Y1 Bat-Mobile have appeared online. The sketches are via Wizard World and are reported to be no longer considered for the film:

Also, most of you know that Darren Aronofsky is the co-writer and executive Producer on the film Below which is being directed by David Twohy. Two reviews (both positve) have appeared online.
